What began as a university project has become one of the most trusted case management platforms across regulated industries. Founded in 2018, CourtCorrect was built on a simple belief: that justice should be accessible to all and that technology is the most powerful tool to make that happen.

Today, we work with over 15 companies across the UK and beyond, helping them resolve cases faster, make better decisions, and improve customer outcomes. What hasn't changed is the drive that started it all.

CourtCorrect is more than just a complaints management software: CourtCorrect is the idea that effective & accurate complaints resolution from which businesses can learn something is at the heart of how we resolve conflict in general.

Ever since starting the company in a dorm room at Cambridge, I've seen that idea catch on with colleagues and businesses across the UK and then the world - because we all intuitively feel it's the right thing to do.
