Complaints rarely live in one place. The evidence needed to resolve a case is usually scattered across emails, CRMs, policy administration systems, call recordings and internal notes. Before a handler can begin a proper investigation, they often have to gather that material from several different systems by hand, which remains one of the slowest and most frustrating parts of the process.
The obvious answer is integration, and for many of our clients connecting CourtCorrect directly to their core systems is exactly how they scale efficiency gains to 50% and above. But deep integration takes time. It requires resource from already stretched IT teams, and complaints evidence is so widely distributed that it often means connecting to multiple systems at once before handlers see any benefit.
CocoBot solves this problem. Our new native browser extension lets handlers capture evidence from any internal system and send it straight to the CourtCorrect platform at the click of a button, with no integration project required.
How CocoBot works
Once CocoBot is added to a handler's desktop, it sits alongside whatever system they happen to be working in. A handler can navigate to any internal tool, open the case they are dealing with, and use the CocoBot sidebar to push the relevant case file data directly into CourtCorrect.
From that same sidebar, handlers get an instant case summary, can ask questions of the case in natural language, upload evidence and run AI analysis on it, all without leaving the screen they are already on. The evidence is captured where it lives, and the case file starts building immediately.
From captured evidence to resolved case
Getting the data into CourtCorrect is only the start. Once the new files and evidence sit in the case file, handlers can apply the full set of CourtCorrect AI tools on top of them, including case assessment, root cause analysis prediction and final response letter generation, drafted in the firm's own tone and ready for handler review.
The result is a single, consolidated case file assembled from systems that were never connected to each other, and a clear path from scattered evidence to a finished, customer-ready response.
Secure by design, with no IT setup
CocoBot requires no IT setup to get started, and it comes with strict access controls built in. It can only read data from the systems you explicitly allow, so handlers gain a faster way of working without opening up access that hasn't been approved.
