Why we’re sponsoring the 23rd Annual Complaints Management Forum

CourtCorrect is delighted to share that we’ve secured the Lead Sponsorship of Informa Connect’s 23rd Annual Complaints Management Forum.

The Forum will take place at the Park Plaza Hotel in London Waterloo on the 11th of June. Attendees will include the Financial Ombudsman Service, Wise, NFU Mutual, Barclays, NatWest and many other financial services firms.

The current agenda can be found on the event website here.

Why We Decided to Sponsor the Forum

The 23rd Annual Complaints Management Forum is the premier conference for complaints management executives in financial services. It is one of the few conferences dedicated solely to this important topic.

When we sponsored the Forum last year, generative AI was still a nascent technology and many attendees saw for the first time how this tool could be usefully deployed in complaints resolution to solve cases consistently and effectively.

In the 12 months, tremendous progress has been made in developing, customising and deploying AI technology in complaints resolution to create great outcomes for consumers and business alike.

Following our collaboration with over a dozen firms since we last presented at the Forum in 2023, we are delighted to return to and support this conference alongside our clients and partners to share experiences and exchange best practices, both on innovation with AI and beyond.

Key Themes on the Agenda

The Forum, kindly chaired by our very own Amir Ali OBE, promises to be a day packed with insightful keynotes, interactive panel discussions and informal networking opportunities.

Key themes the Forum will cover this year include:

  • Implementing Consumer Duty: Progress and Key Challenges Since July 2023

  • Communicating with Customers: Language, Tone and Skills for Successful Resolution

  • Generative AI: How Firms Use AI Today to Solve Complaints Accurately and Effectively

  • Root Cause Analysis: How to Collect, Structure and Investigate MI to Improve Outcomes

  • Access to Justice: The Role of Complaints Teams in Providing Recourse to Consumers

We would be delighted to hear from you if you have any suggestions for other important topics to emphasise during the conference. If you are interested in joining a panel discussion, please feel free to contact either ourselves or the event organiser, Mr. Ash Khan ( directly.

Discounted Tickets & Access to Conference Notes

As Lead Sponsor of the event, we are able to offer our colleagues and partners a 30% discount on the £1,099 ticket price. Should you be interested in making use of this, please do reach out to us via your usual channel.

Separately, we will also be able to share our notes from the event with all interested parties on request. Please do feel free to reach out if you would like access to the notes.
