The Forum will take place at the Park Plaza Hotel in London Waterloo on the 11th of June. Attendees will include the Financial Ombudsman Service, Wise, NFU Mutual, Barclays, NatWest and many other financial services firms.

Why We Decided to Sponsor the Forum

The 23rd Annual Complaints Management Forum is the premier conference for complaints management executives in financial services. It is one of the few conferences dedicated solely to this important topic.

When we sponsored the Forum last year, generative AI was still a nascent technology and many attendees saw for the first time how this tool could be usefully deployed in complaints resolution to solve cases consistently and effectively.
