This past Friday, 31st October, the CourtCorrect and NFU Mutual teams attended the UKCCF awards gala dinner in Birmingham, a night dedicated to celebrating excellence across the UK contact centre community. We were honoured that our partnership was named a finalist, especially as it was the first year for this new award category.
