CourtCorrect's collaboration with NFU Mutual has been shortlisted for Best AI Customer Experience at the 2025 UKCCF Awards.

We’re delighted to share that CourtCorrect, in collaboration with NFU Mutual, have been shortlisted for Best AI Customer Experience at the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF) 2025 Awards.

The UKCCF Awards are a long-standing programme that showcases excellence across the UK contact centre community and we are excited to be a part of this year's award process.

This recognition celebrates how NFU Mutual’s team has deployed the CourtCorrect Platform in its operation. We've worked hard to develop our product and we identified several key features in our nomination that have helped the NFU Mutual team.

  • Final Response Letter generation: AI supports customer-facing teams to reduce the time taken to produce letters.

  • Case assessment: Surfaces relevant regulatory and ombudsman precedents with source links, helping handlers make consistent, decisions.

  • File processing: Helps to summarise a range of documents, and calls, to give handlers a quick and easy understanding of the complaint; providing an improved customer experience.

A partnership we’re proud of

NFU Mutual is one of our longest-standing partners, and this nomination was jointly prepared with their team. Together we built the entry, crafted a compelling story and shared lessons learned. We wrapped the process with a site visit, where we filmed a short video to bring the story to life.

It’s been a genuinely enjoyable, collaborative experience and really opened our eyes to the impact that CourtCorrect has had on the lives of all those involved in our collaboration. Thank you to everyone at NFU Mutual who made time to work with us on this nomination.

Being shortlisted alongside respected organisations in the customer contact community is a milestone for our team and for our customers. It underscores our focus on:

  • Practical AI that removes friction for customers and produces operational efficiencies

  • Transparency and auditability in AI-assisted decisions

  • Partnership delivery, working shoulder-to-shoulder with clients to embed change

What happens next?

Now that we've been nominated for the award, the process culminates in a gala dinner at the end of October, where the eventual winner will be crowned.
